The large medical and food industries would have you believe that Calcium is the only mineral required to avoid crippling conditions such as Arthritis. This is why you will see things like "RICH IN CALCIUM" or perhaps "WITH ADDED CALCIUM." This is just bad science.
Truth be told, Magnesium, and to a lesser degree Boron (a trace element), are essential, together with Calcium, for bone health, and let’s not forget all the other minerals and trace elements. They all work together in promoting total bone health.
